Preparing application dossier in accordance with the prerequisites of the event promoting entity (Portuguese, English or Spanish).
Researching national and international events related to different areas with possibilities to take place in Porto Alegre.
Obtaining letters of support from public bodies at the municipal, state and federal levels (in international events) and entities representing the private sector.
Promoting and supporting on-site candidacy advocacy.
Providing information from service providers associated with POACVB, city promotional material, image bank, printed brochures and banner.
Organizing briefing meetings with suppliers.
Organizing inspection visits.
Promoting the edition to be held in Porto Alegre at other events in the same segment.
Publicizing the event, after the capture, in the official calendar of POACVB and communication channels (social networks, press, etc.).

Providing up-to-date information on events taking place in the city and avoiding conflict with others in the same area.
Assisting in the choice of space, checking its availability in advance and organizing technical inspection visits.
Providing information from service providers associated with POACVB (event organizers, travel agencies, hotels, transport companies, event spaces, entertainment venues, etc.).
Organizing briefing meetings with suppliers.
Promoting the city with printed and electronic promotional material.
Suggesting how participants and their companions can enjoy their free time with pre- and post-event tourist programs offered by POACVB members.
